What is a Manycrawl action?
One Manycrawl action is one action performed by any of the enrichment tools like, scraper, crawler, or AI analysis (Analyze and Write). The free plan includes 500 actions per month; Monthly and Lifetime include unlimited actions. Some enrichment tools will require your API key to perfom an action.
Do you offer a refund on the lifetime plan?
Yes. Lifetime includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Manycrawl is not a fit, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will honor it—full terms are shown at checkout.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your enrichment tables live entirely in your browser - we never store them on our servers. If you cancel, your data stays exactly where it is. You keep access to your free plan limits and can export anything at any time.
Do I need API keys to get started?
No. 10 of 14 enrichments need no API key at all — Scrape, Crawl, Search Engine, Places Search, Get emails from text, Email provider finder, Format company name, Format personal name, Split, and Merge all work immediately after install. Only AI writing (OpenAI) and email finding (Findymail/Icypeas) need your own keys. Add them when you need them.
Do lifetime users get new enrichments as they're added?
Yes - forever. Every enrichment type we ship goes to lifetime users at no extra cost. That's the whole point of lifetime access.
Can you see my scraping activity or my data?
No. All scraping runs directly through your Chrome tab. API calls go browser -> provider (OpenAI, Findymail, etc.) without touching our servers. We have no visibility into what you scrape, enrich, or store.
What's the difference between Scrape and Crawl?
Scrape fetches a single URL and extracts its content. Crawl starts from a URL, discovers all links on that domain, and adds each as a new row - great for mapping an entire site. You can also specify which page you want to crawl for example pricing pages.
Does it work on Windows and Mac?
Yes - Manycrawl is a Chrome extension, so it works anywhere Chrome does: Windows, Mac, and Linux. Chrome 110 or newer required.
What if you shut down?
Manycrawl is built by the team behind Manyreach, which has 11,500+ active users. But practically speaking - since everything runs in your browser and uses your own API keys, there's no server dependency. The extension keeps working even if we stopped updating it.
