0.1.22 lets you see any table as cards, adds three new sources, and puts your runs in the menu bar.
Gallery, Feed and Board
A switch in the table header now offers Table, Gallery, Feed and Board. The choice is saved on the view, so one table can have a spreadsheet view and a card view side by side.
- Gallery. Cards in columns, for scanning: the picture on top, then the title, text, author and counts.
- Feed. The same cards in one column with larger type, in your sort order. Sort by date and you get a timeline.
- Board. Cards sit in lanes, one per value of a column. Drag a card to another lane and its value changes. Pick Status to get New, In progress, Done and Skipped lanes, or group by any column with a few short values.
Cards work on any table: posts, Maps results, jobs, leads. Hide a column and it leaves the cards too. Short AI results show as labels on a card, and longer ones get their own block.
Three new sources
- Sales Navigator leads. New table → Lead Gen. Paste a Sales Navigator lead search or saved lead list and each lead becomes a row: name, photo, job title, company, location, seniority, time in role and links. It reads in the built-in browser on your own LinkedIn login, at a human pace, up to 2,500 leads. Check again adds only leads that are new.
- LinkedIn saved posts. New table → Social. Everything you saved on LinkedIn, newest first, as cards: author, full text, picture and time. Check again adds what you saved since.
- X bookmarks & likes. New table → Social. Your bookmarked posts with full text, the first image or video, and likes, reposts, replies and views. It runs on your own X login and only reads.
Working with tables
- Remove duplicates. Table menu → Remove duplicates. Pick one or two columns and see how many rows repeat before anything is deleted. Matching ignores case, spacing and punctuation, and the most complete row of each set is kept.
- Run on selected rows. Tick some rows and add a column: it runs on those rows only. A column's run menu also has Run selected rows.
- Menu bar. The menu bar icon shows a run's progress, lists what is running and how many tables have automations on, and lets you open a new or recent table or pause automations. When an update has downloaded, the app offers to restart, and asks first if something is running.
Fixes
- Windows: closing the window keeps Manycrawl running in the system tray, so monitors keep going. Quit from the tray menu.
- Tech stack recognises more technologies.
