Email provider finder

Detects who actually handles mail for a domain — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, a security gateway — plus the DNS records behind it, and whether the address is a free inbox or a real company domain.

What it isEnrichment

An enrichment column. It reads a column you already have and writes a new one beside it.

InputWhat you give it

Input

A column that already holds the value this reads.

OutputWhat comes back

Output example illustrative

stripe.comGoogle Workspaceyesreject
makeagency.co.ukMicrosoft 365yesnone
smallbakery.co.ukOthernonone

Illustrative. Reads DNS — MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC — so it tells you where mail lands and how strictly the domain is defended.

How it worksTwo things you decide

  1. Map the source columnGive it a domain or a full email address; it reduces an address to its domain on its own.
  2. Pick the columns you wantProvider alone is enough to segment a list. Add MX and SPF/DKIM/DMARC when you are auditing deliverability rather than sorting leads.

FAQQuestions people actually ask

Does this verify the address exists?

No. It tells you who runs the mailbox and how the domain is configured, not whether a specific person is behind it.

What does "Auto-run on new rows" do?

Runs this column by itself whenever new rows arrive — no clicking Run. It only picks up new arrivals; rows already in the table when you turn it on are left alone. It only fires while the app is open — closing it pauses everything until you reopen.

What does "Add run condition" do?

Skips rows where a condition on another column isn't met — e.g. only run if Email is empty. Skipped rows cost no actions, on both manual and auto runs.
