Why is my enrichment returning blank results?
Empty cells after an enrichment are usually expected, not a bug. Work down this list; the first two causes are the most common.
1. The input column is missing or wrong
Every enrichment needs an input to work from. An email finder needs a website or a name and company; tech detection needs a website address. If the input cell is empty or malformed, the result is blank. Open the column and check that it points at the right input column.
2. A filter was on when you ran it
Enrichments run only on the rows you can see. The Filter button says so in its tooltip: “Filter rows (enrichments run only on matching rows)”. An active filter, a search in the search box, or a reduced set of rows all count. Rows outside the filter are left blank on purpose, which is also how you save actions.
Clear the filter and run the column again to fill the rest. Or use Run N rows not done yet (new, failed or missing input) in the column’s ▶ run menu, which works on the whole table and ignores the filter.
3. A run condition skipped the row
A column can have a run condition: “Only run this column for rows where the condition is true — disqualified rows are skipped and cost no credits.” It reads like “Only run if [column] [is found / is empty / contains / does not contain / equals / does not equal] [value]”. Skipped cells read Condition not met. Open the column and look at Add run condition.
4. The data genuinely isn’t public
Some information is not available. Many LinkedIn profiles are set to members only and return nothing when read without being signed in, and this affects smaller and EU profiles far more than large public ones. A blank here means “not publicly available”, not “broken”.
5. The site blocked the request
Occasionally a site rate-limits or blocks a request. Running the column again later often works.
Filling gaps in a Google Maps table
Fill missing in the toolbar is for Google Maps tables only. It re-visits places that have a Maps link but no address, no website, or a booking link where the website should be, slowly so that Google does not rate-limit you. It is not a way to re-run an enrichment column, and it does not touch AI or other action columns. If every place already has an address it tells you there is nothing to fill; a few places have no phone number on Google at all, and those cannot be filled.
