How credits and usage limits work

Manycrawl counts actions. The Free plan includes 500 a month, Lite includes 5,000, and Pro has no monthly action limit. Here is what counts, what does not, and where to see where you stand.

What counts as an action

One action is one row processed: a source finding one place or row, or an enrichment filling one cell. Running two enrichment columns over 40 rows is 80 actions.

Free of charge: importing a CSV, pasting URLs, typing rows in by hand, and rows an enrichment skips because of its run condition (“disqualified rows are skipped and cost no credits”).

Free and paid plans

  • Free: every source and enrichment is available. The limit is 500 actions a month.
  • Lite: every source and enrichment, 5,000 actions a month.
  • Pro (monthly or lifetime): no monthly action limit. See the pricing page for what each plan costs and includes.

The monthly allowance runs on a rolling month that starts on the day your account was created, not on the first of the calendar month. Settings shows your usage as “of 500/month” with the date it resets.

The Settings usage panel showing tables, storage, devices, and actions
Settings shows your plan and usage: tables, storage, devices, and actions used.

If you reach the limit

You see “Monthly action limit reached”: “Free accounts include 500 enrichment actions per month … Upgrade to Pro for unlimited actions.” A run in progress shows how many rows it can still process, for example “processing N of M row(s)”. Automations pause with a message in the activity log and switch back on by themselves once your allowance resets.

See your usage

Open Settings to see your plan, your actions used this period and when they reset, your cloud storage, and your registered devices. If you have an activation code, redeem it in Account & Devices (see My plan still shows Free after paying).

Spend fewer actions: filter your table before enriching, because enrichments run only on the rows the filter shows. Add a run condition so rows that do not qualify are skipped. And enrich a few rows first to check the result before running the whole table.
