Tech stack, social profiles and company data

Three ready-made starters on Home, under Add data to a table, answer common questions about a company: what technology its website runs on, which social links it publishes, and its size and industry. Each opens the column editor already set up; nothing runs until you click run.

Tech stack detector

CMS, analytics, payments, framework, hosting. It is a Scrape column that shows only the Tech stack field: a list of technology names, with versions when it finds them. Use it to find companies on a platform you integrate with or compete against. It also reads emails, phone numbers and social links on the same visit, so showing them later takes a click, not another run. It needs the desktop app; without its engine the column stays empty.

Social profiles

Social links published on each site. Another Scrape preset, showing only Social media. It collects the profile links that a company’s website points to, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Company firmographics

Industry, size, headquarters, website and followers. This one uses the LinkedIn page collector and needs LinkedIn company page addresses, such as linkedin.com/company/…, not company websites.

  • What you get: Company, Industry, Company size, Headquarters, Website, Followers, About, LinkedIn ID and Last active. If you tick Also collect open jobs, you also get Jobs count and Open positions. More fields, like Founded, Specialties and Funding, can be added later, but they are often empty.
  • Open jobs costs an extra page read for each hiring company. Untick Also collect open jobs if you do not need it.
  • No login. It reads public company pages without signing in. Pages that LinkedIn restricts to members return empty cells.
  • Keep it gentle. Parallel scrapes starts at 2. Keep it between 2 and 3.

Messages you may see: “Not a company page — needs linkedin.com/company/…” when the address is a person or something else; “Missing URL” when the cell is empty; and “LinkedIn blocked … after retries” when LinkedIn refuses the request. Try again later.

Cost

Each row counts as an action on the Free plan. Try a few rows first. See Control what a run costs.
