Send leads to Manyreach
Manyreach is the cold-email tool from the team behind Manycrawl. You can push the rows in a table straight into a Manyreach list or campaign, with no file in between. There are two ways: send the whole table from the Export panel, or add each row as a prospect with a column. You need your Manyreach API key.
Send the whole table
- Open the table and choose ⋯ → Export…. Under Send this table now, choose Manyreach. You can also use Send to Manyreach in a table’s row menu on Home.
- If asked, add your key with Add Manyreach account. See Which API keys do I need?
- Choose a list: No list, Add to a list or Create a new list. Creating a new list is the default, and names can be up to 256 characters. You can also choose No campaign (the default), Add to a campaign or Create a new campaign.
- Check Fields. Manycrawl matches your columns to Manyreach fields by name. Email is required. Others include First name, Last name, Company, Website, Phone, Job title, LinkedIn URL and Icebreaker, and more under More fields. If a cell holds several values, the first is sent.
- Click Send. Rows are sent 500 at a time. Sending to a live campaign asks you to confirm with Send anyway.
It sends the rows that are showing, so a filter limits what is sent. Manycrawl remembers your last list and field choices.
Add each row as a prospect
The Manyreach column (“Add each row to a Manyreach list as a prospect”) is a ready-made HTTP request column in Send mode. It posts each row to a list you choose, with the row’s email (required), and optionally first name, last name, company and website. It identifies each row by email, so a row is never added twice, and runs 2 rows at a time.
