Google results: collect search results into a table

Give Manycrawl one or more searches and it collects the Google results as rows: title, link, snippet and position. It also picks up “People also ask” questions and related searches. It runs in the desktop app, with no login and no API key.

Start a search

  1. On Home, under Sources, click See all sources and choose Google results.
  2. Name the table if you like, for example “SaaS pricing pages”.
  3. Under Search (one per line for multiple), type your searches, one on each line. Each line is a separate query.
  4. Set Pages per run (~10 results each, 1–10). The default is 1 page, about ten results.
  5. Under Search as (country and results language), choose a country and a language. The default is United States and English. Google ranks results differently in each country, so pick the market you care about.
  6. Optionally set a proxy and a notification address. Then click Create & run.

You see “Google results table created — searching…” and rows appear as they are found. The search runs in a built-in browser, so it does not use your own browser tabs.

What you get

The columns are Title, Type, Snippet, Date, Position, Page, URL, Search query and Recorded. Type tells you what kind of row it is, such as a featured snippet, a “People also ask” question, an ad or a related search. “People also ask” and related-search rows have a title and no link. Rows are de-duplicated by link. Each new row is one action.

Get more results

  • Scrape more continues each query from the next page. If you change the country or language, it starts again from the first page.
  • Edit search reopens the form so you can add or change queries.

Good to know

  • It is paced. Manycrawl waits at least a second and a half between requests to Google, so a long list takes a while.
  • One search at a time. If you start another you see “A search is already running — let it finish first.”
  • It is not scheduled. A Google results table is a one-off. Run Scrape more when you want to refresh it. It has no auto-refresh in Automations.
  • Proxy. The default is no proxy. A fresh IP for each query spreads the load and helps if Google starts showing “unusual traffic” checks.

If Google shows a check

Google sometimes shows a bot check or a cookie consent page. Manycrawl tries to clear it. If it cannot, the run stops with a message that it hit a verification or consent wall. Run it again, use a rotating proxy, or sign in when the window appears. Runs that start on their own, such as from an agent, never open a window.
