Tour of the app

A quick tour of Manycrawl so you know where everything lives: the sidebar, Home, an open table, and Settings.

The sidebar

The left sidebar has three places to go:

  • Home: your tables and the cards that start new ones.
  • Library: all the sources and enrichment starters, plus templates you saved.
  • Integrations: the services you have connected, such as Findymail, Icypeas and Manyreach, and the ones you can add.

At the bottom are Videos, Guides and Join Community, which open in your browser, then Settings. Above your picture and plan badge there is a cloud button for sync, and a Sign out icon next to them. If you are on the Free plan, an Upgrade to PRO button shows too. While a table is open, the sidebar shrinks to a strip of icons.

Home

  • The search box finds your tables, templates and sources. Paste a web address and a Scrape URL button appears.
  • Sources are the cards that start a table, such as Google Maps, Apollo, Reddit monitor, Job search monitor, Import CSV and Add data manually. See all sources shows the rest, including List scraper and Google results.
  • Add data to a table offers enrichment starters, like Email finder and Tech stack detector, and your saved templates under My templates.
  • Your tables lists every table, with tabs for All tables and Recents. Columns show the Name and what kind of table it is, the number of Records, its Automation, and when it was Updated.

The ⋮ button on a table row opens its menu: View table, Rename, Scrape more or Check now for source tables, Import data, Duplicate, Duplicate (empty), Save as template, Download CSV, Send to Manyreach and Delete table.

An open table

Click a table to open it. The top row shows its name and record count, and buttons that appear when they apply to the table: Automations, Map view, Fill missing, Add details, Edit search and Activity log. The ⋯ menu holds Export…, Detail scraper, Import data, Rename, Duplicate, Duplicate (empty), Save as template, Copy table ID and Delete table.

The second row is the table toolbar: the view switcher, the columns picker (“N / M columns”), rows per page, Filter, Sort, a search box for rows, Delete rows when you tick rows, and the orange Enrichment button that adds a column.

When something is running, a bar at the bottom shows progress with Stop and Log buttons.

Settings

Settings shows four tiles (Tables, Local storage, Devices and Actions), then cards you can open: Account & Devices, AI LLM models, Proxy, Connect Claude Desktop, Connect Codex, Notifications, Extension & Scraping and Data Management.
